This interactive workshop organised by The London Chamber of Commerce and Industry will focus on and explore the crucial but rarely covered area of strategic business partnerships in China. Aimed at senior executives from medium to large organisations who have a good general knowledge of the region, and perhaps already have significant business interests there, this interactive workshop will address the key business issues and decisions faced by companies through a detailed worked case-study.

The case-study, although fictitious, is based on real-life business scenarios; Jackman & Co is a family owned company which designs and manufactures hand tools and has a manufacturing joint venture in China. Details of the case-study will be circulated to delegates in advance. On the day, it will act as a tool for discussing and learning about successful strategic partnering. The discussion will be led by an expert panel of business, legal and accountancy advisors bringing significant experience. This event will provide an excellent forum for discussion, sharing of experiences and networking.

Expert speakers include Stephen Weatherseed, Partner, Grant Thornton, Guy Facey, Head of International, KSB Law LLP, Benjamin Schmittzehe, Chief Executive, Schmittzehe & Partners China Advisory and Rebecca Yang, Chinese born founder of Wild Grass Productions, a London based television company is focused on developing programmes for the mainland Chinese market.

In order to ensure maximum interaction, numbers will be restricted. We therefore recommend you register soon to avoid disappointment.
