This is the second of these events. China moving up the Value Chain at home and overseas: how and will it work? However, with a newly found fervour, a rise in the number of creative entrepreneurs and government-led emphasis on innovation, China is set to shift from being a producer of cheap goods for export to emerge as a creator of quality goods of increased value and design.
