Prior work experience includes senior Corporate Development and General Management roles at Microsoft (Software & Internet Services) and the Swire Group. First ever non-Chinese Swire China Representative in the Group’s close to 150 year history in China. Specialized in Transport, Consumer Goods & Services, and Technology.

Kai Guan
17 years of experience, of which over 11 in China, in Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Risk Advisory and General Management in the Utilities and Telecoms sectors. Distinguished career with the Siemens group. Educated at the European Business School and MIT. Fluent in German, English, French, and Mandarin Chinese.

Oliver Guan
13 years of experience of which over 10 in China, in Corporate Finance and Advisory. Eight years at Deutsche Bank Investment Banking in London and Hong Kong. Completed numerous Asian Financing deals with particular focus on the Energy, Utilities and Transportation industry sectors. Headed Deutsche Bank’s Transportation and Infrastructure Industry Team for Asia.  Founded Sustainomics Shanghai office and advised on M&A, capital raising and strategic procurement assignments.  B(Sc) and M(Sc) in Economics from the London School of Economics. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English and German.

Andrew Cheung
23 years of experience, almost all in China, in General Management in the industrial goods and environmental sectors and Private Equity investment with Prudential Asset Management. B(Sc) from Hong Kong University, MBA from INSEAD Business School. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese, German, English and French.

Rolf Schimrock
12 years Operations Strategy & Procurement experience, of which 10 at AT Kearney Management Consulting Operations & Procurement Practise. Bachelor International Management Institute, Post Graduate Diploma Accounting & Finance London School of Economics, MBA Wharton Business School. Fluent in English, German, French and Portuguese.

Dr. Zhang Hong
8 years of operational experience in the areas of Media and Telecom M&A and business development. M(Sc) Beijing Institute of Technology, Ph.D. Hannover University, Institute for Computer Science for Business Administration, Germany. Zhang Hong is currently also Head of Deutsche Bank Institute for Investment Banking / Mergers & Acquisitions at the Sino-German School, Shanghai and has worked for leading German companies such as Bertelsmann and Commerzbank. Fluent in English, German and Mandarin Chinese.

Mike Watts
40 years of experience of which 28 years in Procurement. Chartered Engineer (C.Eng), Diploma in Chemical Engineering (Dip.Chem.Eng.), Member Institute of Fuel (M.inst.F), Member Royal Institute of Chemistry (M.R.I.C.), Licentiate of the Royal Institute of Chemistry (L.R.I.C). Prior to consulting, distinguished career in Procurement at Monsanto. Fluent in English, French and Welsh!
